Matteite e In The Bottle Records presentano 'Trees Are Talking While Birds Are Singing', il nuovo album dei Flap.
Due etichette indipendenti già attive (la prima con Dejligt, Il Moro e Il Quasi Biondo, Honeychild Coleman; l’altra con le precedenti uscite di Flap, Replace The Battery e Art Of Wind), la cui sinergia è garanzia di qualità e, di certo, crea non poche aspettative.

L’ALBUM

'Trees Are Talking While Birds Are Singing' segue 'A Poor Story' del 2006 e l’esordio 'Férmo' del 2004.
Una lunga serie di concerti tenuti negli ultimi anni ha portato i Flap a una maturazione stilistica e compositiva che ha lasciato impresso nei solchi di questo album soluzioni musicali nuove, fresche, che risaltano perché adagiate su sonorità sicuramente già note agli amanti del post-rock, senza però esserne mai sopraffatte.
La ricetta Flap prevede una Explosions In The Sky in salsa matematica (post-punk condito con un pizzico di folk), per spostarsi nei paesi dell’Est con Crashed Into The Ceiling. Il tutto è amalgamato dagli arrangiamenti che caratterizzano la musica dei Flap.
Anche 'Trees Are Talking While Birds Are Singing', come gli scorsi album, accoglie ospiti di tutto rispetto: Bob Corn (voce in 'Férmo pt. II'), Matteo Dainese (chitarra in 'Alice' e co-produttore per Matteite) e Littlebrown (Madcap Collective) che con il suo tratto ha dato vita all’artwork di questo cd, così come aveva fatto per il precedente A Poor Story.
